The staff is one of the best team of people I've ever encountered. They are friendly, helpful, always looking out to help. We didn't know it was a sanctuary for wild animals in need of treatment and that also made us even more happy to be there. They put a lot of effort in all they do and we appreciated everything, from the beautiful outdoors to the comfortable and clean rooms, the guided tour, and the food. All very organized and pleasant.

What I liked most was that the apartment is very close to many shops, the bank, and el Mercado; whenever I wanted to eat something, there were plenty of options very close by.
