Lovely place, excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice hotel in the center of Puno. It was very quiet, the beds was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

This is a wonderful property on a private peninsula near Puno. Our room had a spectacular view over the lake and Uros floating islands. There is a trail we walked around the property and enjoyed the beautiful flora and fauna of Titikaka lake. In the evening we set next to fireplace and drank wine. Breakfast is excellent with a magnificent view. Make sure you wake up on time( around 5ish) to witness the most beautiful sunrise.There isn’t better place to stay around Puno. I can’t recommend it enough!

We got a room upgrade and the room was amazing, very big, comfortable and many windows, lot of light coming in. Very good price for value and service. Super nice person at the reception, very friendly and helpful.

The location was so close to the plaza. Had heaters in the room. The shower was so hot and strong pressure— truly enjoyed after two weeks of lukewarm water and rain showers in Lima. The staff was very helpful. The included breakfast in the morning was basic buffet, but tasty. They offered scrambled eggs and a salchipapa, they would also make a fried egg if you liked.

Friendly English speaking staff. Breakfast has a lot of choices. The staff helped me carrying my luggage ls and finding my bolivia hop bus.

My children and me stayed at this hotel two separate days. The rooms are big, very spacious, clean, and the beds are confortable and cozy. In between both days we had the tour of the Lake so we left the luggage at the hotel without extra charges. The hotel is good located.
