I recently stayed at Al Azeem Hotel in Ayubia, Pakistan, and had a delightful experience. The hotel is nestled in the picturesque hills of Ayubia, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities.One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The on-site restaurant served delicious local cuisine, which was a treat for the taste buds.Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal for nature lovers and adventurers, with easy access to nearby hiking trails and scenic spots. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely spotless and had a fresh, lively smell that made it feel so welcoming. The washroom was equally clean and had a steady supply of warm water, which was a great touch.What truly made the experience stand out was the staff; they were incredibly polite and always available to assist with anything we needed. The hotel was very easy to reach and is in a great, comfortable location. We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning to come back for a full week to truly disconnect from the city stress. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect the manager Abubakar was one of the nicest hosts ever, he facilitated us a-lot during our stay. The apartments were very nice with perfect mountainous views. All the amenities very present, a separate well equipped kitchen was something we don’t see much. Overall I would stay here again.

The facilities were great, staff attitude was something that varied a lot, reception and valet was great.

booked one night stay at Shagufta Hotel through Booking.com, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival at the location, there was no proper staff available. Only a teenage boy was present who was acting as receptionist, waiter, and even watchman. There was no proper room service available and no kitchen facility at all. Despite the cold weather, there was no hot water facility. When we raised the issue, we were told that hot water would be available only after 7:00 AM for one hour, and that too with an additional charge of 1000 PKR per day. This was neither mentioned at the time of booking nor justified. The owner’s behavior was very unprofessional and not cooperative. There was no proper security system in place, which made the stay uncomfortable. The location is also not as appealing as shown. The pictures displayed on the website show a lawn and better surroundings, but in reality, there is no proper lawn facility or view as advertised. Overall, the hotel does not match the description and facilities mentioned online. I would not recommend this property unless major improvements are made.
