Exceptional value, the room was huge, spacious, and a nice view. The hotel is brand new, so it's squeaky clean. The shower was heavenly. The beds and cotton linens very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty and their guest service skills were excellent. They even lent me a vacuum cleaner to clean my car right at the front door! Now that is a good example of top guest service.

It was beautiful! The decor was amazing, comfortable and perfectly matched the mountain cottage vibes. The antiques and touches like homemade soap, bespoke lamps in the downstairs room, lavender wand on the radiators to fill the air with good smells, so many personal details!
