From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The full view of the Haram from my room was breathtaking—I barely left the room, spending most of my time enjoying worship and admiring the Prophet’s Mosque. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. Everything in the hotel was excellent… It will remain my first choice for staying in Madinah

Less distance like 39 sec to Haram and prime location, Thise who have ladies with them please select other sides as this is in fron of Masjid Nabawi which is difficult for ladies to go haram.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. What stood out the most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially Essam, Amer, and Kamal. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with their services and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel is always calm, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. I highly recommend this place for both families and single travelers looking for quality service and a pleasant stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Actually, the cleaners are ruling in this hotel if they will not prepare or clean how will handover to customer which are waiting since 3pm.

Everything is fine, booked online and got the room in time. Quick check in and check out. Perfect location, can't be any better.

The property was comfortable and well-maintained, with courteous staff and efficient service. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. Enjoyed the amenities, particularly the dining options and the ambiance. Could improve on promptness with room service, but overall a pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Madina Golden Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room offered a stunning view of Haram/Masjid Ul Nabwai, and the services were truly excellent. Highly recommend!

Alhamdulillah for the first time staying here, the staffs very welcoming. They allowed me to check in early, this is the best thing. They had coffee shop inside, very nice. Everything is clean, all acceptable. And very near with Rawdah gate.
