We loved staying at this location! It’s located at the end of a dead end street surrounded by lush gardens and a beautiful pool. The building is in the backyard of a main house, it’s the only rental and is far enough away it’s a private get away. The building had everything we needed, there was bottled water provided, shampoo and soap, a couple pieces of fruit and coffee supplies. There are a TON of restaurants and bars around, public transit is just a 10 min walk and there is a huge mall within a 10-15 min walk.

O'Sheas is a fantastic place to stay. The room is very comfortable and reasonably priced. The restaurant on the ground floor has fantastic food, including a spice bag and a Sunday roast, all at reasonable prices. I highly recommend O'Sheas as a place to stay and eat during your stay in BKK.

From the beginning I was welcomed by Nice and his colleagues. I've visited many hotels for the past two decades but the hospitality from LiveZen is from another level. It's like being welcomed by good friends starting with the guard at the front gate. The room was perfect with a spacious balcony. The bed was comfortable with great pillows. BTS and shops are just a few minutes walk. A few doors further away there are some restaurants with an Anthony Bourdain vibe.
