Amazing stay great views and wonderful service

This was my best holiday experience in Turkey! I'm really looking forward to coming back here again. Everything was amazing- Location, building, service, comfort.

The location is charming although the road is narrow and high, the cottage is very clean and comfortable with a wonderful view, owners ( father , mother and their son Ahmed,) are so nice , you feel like you are in their personal hospitality, with special attention to details and a very delicious local breakfast in the garden overlooking the tea farm, the mountains and the river below the valley you feel like you are in heaven

Everything was great, the bungalov, the food and the view.

I had great experience there, nice place and not far from Ideyr … the owner was very friendly and helpful Mr. othman

Its was amazing day in this bungalow , the view was panoramic above the river and the nature the bungalow was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing

Me and my wife enjoyed staying for couple of nights in Ponte butik otel, owners are such a nice and welcoming family. Honestly everything about the room and the whole place was perfect and very clean, the view is incredible. i absolutely recommend this otel for anyone. A special thanks to Sibel the mother and Coşkun the son and the super host who made our stay in trabzon very memorable.

The Bangalow is super clean , cozy , the river view is Amazing with jacuzzi we spent two night like a Dream .the host osman is very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was very tasty and varied. All was Perfect .

Location, the terrace, and cleanliness

The staff are very friendly, room was well prepared for our anniversary. Location, view, services and cleanliness are excellent. Room service is well homemade and very tasty.

The resort was very clean and beautiful, with a river view, and the breakfast was delicious. The host was friendly and welcoming. Thank you to them.

We got upgraded to The bungalow for free as it was available and we highly appreciate that gesture from the staff! The bungalow was amazing, exactly like pictures, it was right on the river. It was heated, clean and tidy. The breakfast next day was extremely generous, it's a set menu that is served to the bungalow 10 minutes after asking for it. Best of all was Shawqat, he was super friendly and helpful. He was always available to answer our needs and he even waited for us as we made a late check in at night. He even speaks Arabic which was very helpful. Very very recommended!

The house, like its name tiny but comfortable for 4 of us. The host Abdul Latif is very friendly and attentive, he gave us fruit for snack and prepared the breakfast at outdoor facing the river. There is a small mini market along the street next to the Lahza car park. Very convenient.
