CanadaStaff at reception desk were welcoming and very helpful with transport and restaurant recommendations. Communication via booking app was prompt. The hotel is a bit older but undergoing upgrades (without inconveniencing current guests). Nice view of Mt Ararat (both peaks) from the room balcony. Nice shared lounge area near reception desk.

The hotel is just next to the main walkig street. The room is nothing special, but it has everything you need and it is clean. The personal is very kind. Especially overnight Ramazan was nice company. Our staying there was pleasant and when We came back after hikig Ararat it was like comming home. The hotel needs some maintenance and they try to do it. The loby with beautiful Music and fresh air was perfect place to spend evening.

Great experience from the moment we checked in. Friendly and helpful staff, big comfortable rooms, and a nice spread for breakfast. The hotel is just a block from a nice street with lots of restaurants and there is a parking garage across the street. We would stay there again.

We had a perfect few days staying with Mustafa. The views are amazing and the food is really good. Besides, Mustafa was a lovely host, who made us feel really comfortable. Thank you again, we'd love to be back some day.

It is marvellous there and the owner is the most friendly, open and nice guy you’ll ever have as your host. Just go there and enjoy! We ended up staying longer than initially planned simply because it was so great.

Surprisingly a really good hotel! Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, the room was very big, clean and modern with air conditioning. It even had a stocked mini-bar (the first one of our whole trip in Turkey)! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and that of a 4 star hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here if you happen to be passing through this town.
