The place is run by a family. The son helped us carry our luggages to the 2nd floor. The place has no elevator. Our room is huge with all the basic amenities. It's got a great view from the patio. On clear days one can view the sun rise there. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. It's about a 10 min drive from the Tai Ping sky ladder. There are no resturants close by, so grab your bento from the Tai Ping old street. Highly recommended.

I loved everything about this place. It’s the best accommodation I’ve EVER stayed in, and I will definitely come back. Everything is super clean, the hosts are incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is simply fantastic. The experience is truly unforgettable. This is not just a hotel, it’s an experience: the tea ceremony, classical music, delicious breakfast, and amazing coffee all make it special. The place is very cozy and instantly makes you feel at home. Everyone is so genuinely kind and very welcoming. You won’t regret staying here. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave and wished I could stay longer. It’s deeply relaxing, and if you want to experience slow living and truly calm down, this is the perfect place.

The view from the house is spectacular! We were there during December and woke up with the sea of fog. Host and his family are really nice. Bobo is really excellent. You can ask for travel guide around Alishan from him. And the food is also great! We loveeed it here!
