United StatesBeautiful home!! Very comfortable and clean! A home away from home with everything you could possibly need and more. Really nice neighborhood quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect with a gas station/convenient store a few blocks away and shopping centers within just a few miles! Loved the pool and landscaping with all the palm trees and flowers made our stay a very nice and relaxing experience. The host is awesome and caring, they kept in contact, asking that we not hesitate to reach out to them for anything we needed and to know that our stay was going well and also went well when we left. I highly recommend this place to anyone, including my family and friends who would be looking for a nice kickback relaxing vacation home in Cape Coral, Florida! We hope to come back soon, and if and when we do this home, it would be the place we definitely would choose to stay at again!

The house felt incredibly welcoming and comfortable, with all the amenities I could have possibly needed.
Even for such a short stay, the experience was wonderful.
I would highly recommend this house to anyone, and would definitely book it again if I'm ever in the area.

United StatesThe home is spacious and well stocked with all the cooking and beach/pool stuff you’d need which I find rare! Clean and organized like a 5 star hotel. The property is less than an hour from Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. A little further south you can get to Marco Island which has crystal clear waters. Or, you can go a little further north and get the shark tooth capital Venice beach.

Perfect place to stay with family and friends to enjoy the Cape Coral area. Besides a very clean house you will find a well equipped kitchen, lots of other nice amenities (pool/water sports equipment, beach equipment, entertainment devices, …) All in all a carefree package for your vacation.
