Very friendly and helpful front desk exceptionally clean is smelled great in the room fantastic views and awesome fishing right off the docks and also snorkeling right off the dock so it's amazing My favorite place in the whole world now. And a full size refrigerator was just topping!! Thank you ladies so much! Both ladies were fantastic and helpful

The property was great. There were 2 pools, a family one and an adults only one. The room was really nice and big. And we have 2 sinks in the bathroom - awesome! The highlight was the staff, all of them super friendly. You get a welcome drink when arriving. We were allowed to stay and enjoy the resort facilities after checking out.

The room had been recently remodeled. It was very clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and above and beyond helpful. They made sure we were welcomed, with saying hello and smiling whenever we ran into them on the property, answering questions, and offering advice and help. They were apologetic about the new renovations and how they weren't fully compete, however there was no issues for us and it was amazing how excited the staff was to create a great environment. All were working hard to obviously achieve a dream of owning a successful business.

We stayed 5 nights in a one bedroom suite in May 2024 and just loved it. Rainbow Bend is a real Keys experience; super relaxing and laid back. To be honest I wasn't sure about booking here because of the mixed reviews, but for us the property was just perfect in every way. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Kayaks are provided. Staying right on the waterfront is fabulous and there's lots of space for all the guests. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was great. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we would definitely stay again. There are not many of these properties left in the Keys and I'm so glad we found Rainbow Bend.

this place is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at room stunk from over amount of air freshner to hide something floor was patched vary cheaply holes in the wall outside deck railing and floor is rotted it was priced at almost 200$ per night when i complained was told 200 a nite this is what you get.room was so nasty i had to sleep in my car.thier website is to misleading this place should be REMOVED FROM YOUR SITE. i would like a REFUND

It is very affordable for a stay in the keys. Came equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Clean.The pool and deck/chairs were in good shape. Tiki hut, barbeque, and hangout space were nice. Kids fishing from docks had fun..
