The staff was great especially Stephanie, We hade a problem with my friend reservation and she solved it in a professional way and made our stay pleasant.

Location was great not difficult to get to where I needed to go, I was treated beyond great by Brett and Ali they were very customer friendly,great attitude. My wife is in a wheelchair and the room we got was not what we needed, Brett handled my situation quick and gave us another room that suited our need. I truly appreciate that they acted professional and with kindness. Every Holiday Inn needs a Brett and Ali, thanks for making our stay fantastic, and we're coming back in 2 to 3 months.

The food was great. The overall atmosphere was really nice. The customer service was definitely top-tier.

All was good, but they can give some love to the property since it is a little old, so they can renovate some things for sure

The location was very easy to find with GPS. Valet was very quick and easy (and car came back perfect) and honestly cheap for daily use. The room was pristine, bed very comfortable. Minibar and coffee area very nice. Bathtub and shower PHENOMENAL. Front desk/concierge was extremely accommodating, very polite and helpful. They were also very accommodating to our dog which goes a very long way with us. The restaurant is also a 10/10 for all meal types. Even the water was pristine and pure. I wish we could have stayed longer if not for scheduling. Will definitely be recommending the Stanton House to anyone visiting El Paso.

I’m from El Paso and every time I visit home, I always stay at this fantastic location.

Gorgeous historic building, comfy bed, and super friendly staff. Very interesting history of the building and mini museum in the lobby. Lots of great bars and restaurants on the same block and not hard to find overnight street parking.

The guy at the front desk, his name is Amin was above and beyond helpful to my son who has a disability. It takes one special caring person to make your heart smile. Thank Amin!!!

All was as advertised... I would definitely stay again. A quick 5 minute drive into downtown El Paso and very conveniently located to the highway to explore all of El Paso. Host communicated quite well. Parking was easy!!
