For my purposes -- access to the Cross Sound Ferry -- this place could not have been better located. It's modern, sparkling clean, well equipped. Wifi was fast and reliable. New, comfortable beds. Outstanding host. The property uses a digital access system so there's no need to meet the host or go to a convenience store for keys. There is only one bathroom, on the ground floor, with the bedrooms one floor up, but it was clean and worked beautifully. Convenient driveway next to the house. A real find!

The location was next to shopping plaza which is great to grab extras especially since the room was perfect with a nice little baby kitchen. Bedding was soft & comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, delicious with good option choices. I would stay there again. 23 mins from the casino. Staff was friendly. The price was perfect for everything mentioned.

The rooms were impeccable, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the location can't be beat and the complimentary tea/wine/cookies/breakfast were the best surprise! It is such a beautiful spot and I can't wait to go back.
