What can I say…. one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Staff greeted us with a smile, kind, polite and helpful! Our 2 bedroom suite was beautiful and overlooked downtown and the mountains. Planning our next anniversary trip to Ouray and this hotel, quaint and romantic.

It was close to everything. Breathtaking views of the mountains. There is a stream close by which was very peaceful, I could sit there all day. Great customer service.
