Amazing staff, lobby and common areas

Right next door to the Arena. Lots of parking, super nice rooms. If you eat at the hotel restaurant the wings are amazing.

Good location in Downtown. Walking distance to PPG Paints Arena. Good price (compared to others). Good breakfast. Nice new building. Clean. Lots of space in the room, desks tables etc.

I loved the fact it was easy access to and from the highway as well as walking distance to the PPG Arena.

From our arrival…. The doorman, and valet parking was super friendly. And the hotel was a wow with its architecture and beautiful decor

Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. There were many options to eat in breakfast.

EVERYTHING! We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel at an AMAZING PRICE!! ITS A GORGEOUS HOTEL!! I had a procedure at UPMC MERCY the next morning and was so comfortable and felt safe! Alot of the hotels in the area charged 40-60 for parking and 50 -100 in incidentals. We paid the room fee and 100 in incidentals was held on our card and as soon as we checked out it was released. They also offer free valet for all hotel guest! We can't wait to go back soon!! They also had delicious food. The pictures included are from pur room!

It’s my second time there and it is always enjoyable. Rooms are clean and quiet and staff very friendly.

We enjoyed staying in a furnished apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer in the city. The location is excellent. We can walk to many restaurants and interesting places. Busses and Uber/Lyft is available also. The historic building was super clean and well maintained. All of the staff that we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Communication with Abode was excellent.

How accessible everything was and helpful the staff is and how friendly they were.

The rooms were large and the decor was funky. Had a great vibe and friendly staff. It was also very quiet at night.

Always clean and spacious. The rooftop bar/lounge is a major plus!

The hosts were very warm and welcoming. They always responded to emails immediately. They did everything they could to make sure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely come back here again.
