The breakfast service was outstanding! The variety of choices available was impressive, and the specialty dishes were particularly noteworthy. The quality and selection made for a great start to the day. Highly recommended!

The property is in quiet harmony with the natural environment. The rooms overlook the untouched landscape as far as the eye can see. Wild animals are easily spotted from the private deck. We experienced two game drives per day which allowed us to see the Big Five in just a few days. Led by safari guide Jafari, we were able to get great looks at most of the Pilanesberg wild animals in total safety. On my final day there I made a special request for a Birding Walk around the immediate area and was led by highly experienced guide named Andre through the bush. As we walked for over three hours and 1.63 mi, we observed 47 different bird species including: Spotted Eagle-Owl, Brown Snake-Eagle, Black-winged Kite, Gabar Goshawk, and a Brown-Hooded Kingfisher. The food was prepared by a gourmet chef and was delicious. We all ate at a family style table together for meal time and great conversations.

Everything! The food, staff, accommodation were to die for. I would absolutely come back again.

We enjoyed a well-prepared English breakfast with a good variety of options to choose from. It is 13km from the Valley of waves.

Everything was incredible! The facilities, the spaciousness of the lodge, the outdoor shower, the pool! Carey & Caitlin were incredible hosts and made our time really special. The groundstaff were also amazing - they managed to keep everything spotless without intruding in anyway.

Karel, our host was awesome. This place would not be the same without him as he played many roles during our stay. From welcoming us as we got there, to showing us to our room, to cooking the meat in the boma, to being our guide on the game drives and in general just being an amazing fountain of knowledge was what made our stay memorable. We had some EPIC game drives, seeing Elephant, Rhino, Lions, Cheetahs, a Caracal and many more. Witnessing a Wildebeest calf taking its first steps after being born just minutes ago to small things like hearing birds going crazy and seeing the snake they were chasing off. Karel takes ownership of every aspect of your stay and excels at it. The food was great and the bed comfortable, so nothing to complain about. I loved the outside shower. The other staff were friendly and attentive.
