Adrienne and his team are professional and ensured we had a great stay. The dining experience was special and we enjoyed the evening to the fullest. Rooms are stunning with all the comfort to have a good night's sleep. Highly recommended and very reasonably priced.

Beautifully located overlooking the Oranje Rivier. The luxury tents are new, clean and furnished with an excellent bed, quality linen, mini-fridge, A/C and coffee/tea amenities. Ideally situated for daytrips to the Richtersveld area or rafting on the river. The hosts are lovely and welcoming. Breakfast & dinner were of very high standard. It was a delight staying here 😊!

The staff was excellent and a bit embarrassed because there was a double booking. She made sure to book us another place and paid for it.

Cathy and Aiden are the kindest and most generous hosts who treated us like family. The chalets are clean and spacious and the beds super comfy. We stayed 3 nights and would love to visit again. We really enjoyed the half-day river rafting trip. Manus was a great guide. Excellent value for money!

The host are incredible and would do anything to make our stay comfortable. It's now our new home.
It's a very friendly environment for kids and families. Their food is to die for!!!!

We had a 1-night stay at the Kwelanga River Lodge before heading to Namibia. This is definitely a place where we could have stayed a bit longer..
We had a nice Pizza and also a delicious breakfast prepared by Cathy and team!

The location is spectacular and the hosts Steph and Dirk made us feel very welcome. Steph does all of the cooking and the food was outstanding. We enjoyed the stay so much that we booked in for another night on our return to South Africa. I would highly recommend Frontier River Resort to anybody travelling between Namibia and SA.

We just complete a rigorous kayaking trip on the Orange River and was exhausted, dirty and had sensory overload from the amazing landscape. Stephanie and her husband regularly check in on us, and spoiled us with her amazing cooking, fresh farm bread and ice cold gin and tonics. She also gifted me a bottle of home made rosemary and mint scrub for my sore hands and it did wonders. Felt like a home away from home! Thank you so so much for a wonderful stay!

This was good value for money, a beautiful setting, and comfortable. It met all my expectations, and I will stay at Kwelanga again should the opportunity arise. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable
