I think that the highlight of this hotel is people who work there, who were super kind and attentive. I got a room that didn't have good wifi and tomorrow they gave me another. They helped me with everything I needed. The room was spacious and very clean.

The property is clean but it seems to only be on the outside? I had to leave the next day as the toilet wasn’t flushing and there was no staff to talk to who could resolve the issue. No reception either except for the cleaner. The lady that checked me in the day before convinced me to pay with them directly however, when I had an issue, there was no one there to resolve it. Overall I wouldn’t recommend booking directly with the hotel as there’s no accountability. I’m currently disputing the charges with my credit card as a result since they never replied to my messages.

The Iquique Beachfront Hotel has the best location, right across the street from the beach and two nice restaurants. The beach has a new, good working order outside exercise area with ample equipment. Store 4 blocks and coffee shop around the corner. We especially liked being able to use the outdoor kitchen. We had meals outside which was fun. Lastly, the owner-operator, Miguel, is very helpful, provides details and speaks Spainish and English. We had a good Christmas Holiday on the beach.
