The staff was very welcoming. I felt like home. Room was small as compare to the rooms i generally stay in but the roof top made me feel that i am staying in a bigger space. They prepare amazing Colombian coffee and gave me bigger cup as lady at front realized that i enjoy good coffee.

This is by far the best Hostel not just in Cali. But all of Colombia that I have ever been to. If you are reading this book immediately. I came in late and the staff greeted me and took my bags inside. They waited for me to arrive. The neighborhood is safe and they have the best morning coffee i have ever tasted. 5 star hotel experience in a hostel!!!

Seriously incredible. One of the best experiences I've had anywhere, ever. Great location, great amenities, super comfy bed and powerful AC, 24/7 front desk staff/bar, bomb Italian woodfire pizza restaurant & awesome brunch cafe (2 restaurants!) in the first floor of the hotel. the 2nd floor is like a chill hang area, a covered work space/room, and then out on the uncovered patio a jacuzzi, wood barrel polar plunge & sauna, & a Turkish bath room.

Casa Encanto was very clean and located very close to the main park. There was also a parking lot right at the corner which was very convenient. Check in and check out was super easy.
