RomaniaThe room was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. Staff was very nice and helped with any informations we needed. Bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies after walking all day. The hotel is located in the middle of Santa Cruz quarter which made our vacation easier, everything to visit was around us, about 30 minutes maximum to walk. Another thing which we liked was how delicious was breakfast, a lot of choices, amazing deserts and fresh juices. We had an wonderful experience with Casa Alhaja by Shiadu so we definitely would recommend it to everyone 😊

Great location, clean rooms . Value for money. Room was cleaned each day and towels replaced. Very quite. The sound of nuns singing hymns in the morning was a novel experience. We visited the monastery whilst staying also. Lots of bars minutes from accommodation also less than 30 minutes to Seville airport.

I had a lovely stay here! The hosts are super friendly and go out of their way to help you, but also know the value of space during your visit. The property has lots of charm and character (I loved the lemon and lime trees), with so much space to relax in. The accommodation was immaculate, especially the pool, with everything needed for a comfortable stay - comfy bed, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, spacious shower. The area is lovely, quiet and safe. I was made to feel at home during my stay and would love to return in the future!

Everything was great!
The accommodation is extremely beautiful, clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you may need, and more. Its location, a few steps from Plaza de la Encarnacion, is the perfect central point for exploring the city.
The hosts, Rebeca and Carlos, are extremely friendly, offering useful suggestions, and ready to quickly solve any problem that can possibly appear.
In my opinion, this is the perfect 10! Next time I come to Sevilla, I hope to stay in Imagen Suite again!

The parador was the destination holiday. I had huge expectation, having stayed at other paradors of similar settings. It did not disappoint at all. The setting of a medieval castle, my own balcony next to an ancient watch-tower looking out to the vast plain. Beautiful dining hall with great views, relaxing at the swimming pool, and the magical Andalusian courtyard. Staff are friendly and helpful

We have stayed many times before so we know what accommodation we are getting. We travel to Spain every year and always pay a short visit here. Friendly staff, great bed and always 2 pillows. Facilities are great and the location is perfect for us. Large rooms and the air conditioning is good too. Marga Jimenez is great on reception. Very friendly and provides an excellent check in . Reverzo restaurant had the best beefburger we've had on our holiday. Bus stops close by to get into Sevilla, however a taxi costs around €9.00.

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and It has mostly everything needed for a three day stay.
The location was perfect, near by the main landmarks by foot. Even though it was in the center, it is in a quiet street.
Host provides with a lot and very useful information about what to do, and where to eat and go for tapas.

Very good, the accommodation and location are very satisfactory, there is a big supermarket not far away, food delivery is also very convenient, the 24-hour front desk helped me a lot (on the last day, I was in a hurry when I checked out in the morning but couldn't use the APP, the front desk also helped me to call a taxi).
By the way, the time I chose to travel was not very good, it was too hot in July and I had to stay in the hotel all afternoon, but the hotel was nice and the air conditioning was very good.
