The staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean and convenient. Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of food and not many people. The golf course and driving range were nice for a buggy ride. Playing golf alone in the afternoon was okay because of low demand. The basic room I stayed in was not even big enough. The massage at the hotel was super nice, especially after a round of golf. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.

The location of the resort was beautiful, and the room was spacious and clean. We're really enjoyed the stayed with the resort vibes which it has a nice view to the sea , there's also hammock above the sea near to pool. We ordered a pizza from the resort's restaurant and the taste is really nice. Definitely we will repeat our stay while visiting Batam again soon. Overall, it really one of the best places for healing in Batam.

The location of the hotel was really nearby to the mall, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff is good and friendly, especially to technical staff whom solves our room wifi issue until resolved even it's taking times they're really making an effort to resolve it. Overall we are satisfied with our stay & definitely will repeat again.

The property has everything you need in a stay including the kitchenware. You need to request for hairdryer and iron board. It has a private beach and and a jetty where you can can the *Sunrise*! So beautiful! The hotel staff were also friendly and they bring us to our villa in their vehicle every time we came back as it was a distance. You may request for them to bring you to Turi Beach Resort with their transport for no extra charge as well.

I like the decor of the hotel which is reminiscent of European influences. The staff from doorman to the front office were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was quite reasonable & I enjoyed my stay in the hotel generally.

Stayed 5Jul to 7Jul 24 twin room. Very beautiful hotel - bright yellow color theme. Room wall picture well painted yellow - really beautiful. Spacious toilet. Mr Vincent, the Front Desk Manager, is an excellent guy, very friendly and helpful, providing good information about Yello Hotel and Batam. From the doorman to housekeeping and not forgeting the restaurant crews are all friendly and they serve with a smile.
