Excellent location next to the train station. Easy walking to market and other areas of interest. Lovely onsen on 12th floor which we used every day. Great views of the city snd surrounds.

I really loved the entire room that we booked! The interior design of the hotel has a modern Japanese vibe which I really love. The room was beyond our expectations as well, it was clean and all the things we needed were already provided. This is the best place to stay in Otaru, it's right in the Sakaimachi area and really nearby the Music Box Museum. The staff are so nice by the way! 🥰😍

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were helpful and attentive, the breakfast buffet was incredible and the onsen was so peaceful and clean. The view from the room was incredible. The location is very convenient as it's right over the station and you can walk to all the main sites.
