United StatesThe location is great, just a minute walk to the beach. The view, especially sunrise, was incredible. The studio is on the 17th of 20 floors. The studio has a full-size refrigerator and stove top. There was also a microwave. The big washer and dryer in the room was a big plus. I used Google translate to figure out the settings with no problem. There is a 7/11 attached to the building. There are many restaurants within a short walk. There is a bus stop about a 1 minute walk.

You also got a delicious breakfast and the guy at the desk is super nice and helpful :) if i come back to sokcho this is the hotel i will go to

Location was great as very close to the national park, not crowded, with restaurants and a supermarmarket close by. There was free breakfast and the staff was super friendly, getting us a bigger family room for no extra charge and even helping us calling our previous stay to locate lost things at our previous stay.

As someone who stayed in 15+ hostels, this has to be in my top 3. The hostel’s location is super ideal! I was shocked when the room I was in didn’t have every bed filled. It was affordable for a last minute reservation, had a renovated bathroom, shower room with quality shampoo and body wash, communal sink with a huge mirror and great lighting. They’ve really thought of all the details, and the breakfast deal is such a steal! All of the staff was very friendly and spoke great English. Highly recommend this place!

Staff were very friendly. They said hello anytime we passed them. They even helped carry our luggage on the first day. The accommodation was very clean. The location was great. Feels very remote but only 10 minute taxi drive from the bus terminal, 10 minute walk to Surfy Beach, and 20 minute walk to Hajo Beach.
There was an ice maker in the building as well as free washing and drying machines.

One of our favourite stays during our trip in Korea.
We loved the rooms with everything you need and amazing features (TV with Netflix, amazing bathroom, Japanese type toilet...), and most of all the staff's kindness and dedication.
We went to a karaoke nearby guided by the hotel manager. We also enjoyed eating at a restaurant next to the building named Dokto.
Everything was within walking distance, even a HomePlus (a massive department store).
We highly recommend this place

The staff, breakfast, room, amenities, comfort, ease, everything, too good. The owner even went out of his way to give me a ride to some places my wife and I needed to go. The staff is highly responsible for their guest's comfort. Please stay here. You get so much in your room, you'll be suprised.

This hotel is a relatively new construction, so the room and everything were new, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I rate this property as very good for staying for a day or more than one day. Good option.

Our host was so welcoming and attentive to making our stay memorable, and it was a pleasure to stay in his Korean house (rather than a big hotel). The breakfast was adequate and we enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room!
It was easy to catch the bus from near the house up to the Seoraksan Park and in the evening we got a taxi into Sokcho which wasn’t expensive.
Take up his recommendations - the grilled fish restaurant in Sokcho was fantastic and a real experience.

My stay in the guesthouse was enjoyable. The location is great because the bus terminal is very close. The accommodation was clean and quiet. I really liked the breakfast (toast with eggs, cheese and jam with juice/coffee) that the owner prepared every morning.

Very good breakfast by hostel standards, which includes toast, boiled eggs, coffee, etc.
The owner is a really nice, friendly, and kind lady. It was a pleasure speaking with her and staying at her property.
Very clean, with a spacious and relaxed common area.

Owner gives great recommendations for places to see, hike, eat, etc, including how to get there.
Location is walking distance from Sokcho intercity bus terminal, and close to some nice sights along the water area (the bridge, etc).
