Our stay here was nothing short of magical. We arrived to find the little katuns cozy and welcoming, with a crackling fire already prepared to keep us warm — such a simple but deeply thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel at home. The whole place felt like a winter dream: snow-covered hills all around, breathtaking views in every direction, and the peaceful feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by untouched nature. What made it unforgettable, though, was Jelena. She is, without a doubt, the best host we have ever met. Kind, warm, and always ready to help, she went far beyond what we could have ever expected to make our stay perfect. Her cooking was amazing — every meal tasted like it was prepared with genuine care and love. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both so cared for and so connected to nature. We had all of that here, and it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.

I cannot express how much this place is a paradise. The host is outstanding. The place is out of this world. Amazing view, fully equipped, host is always at your disposal, very nice family, nice pool. Parking space on the spot. Cute, comfortable cabin in the nicest nature setting. Quite, away from it all, yet super close, too. Andrea (the host) is amazing. She was a quick and good communicator, was helpful in helping me make my way to the cabin in the dark, have me great ideas for restaurants, and had a for going in the wood stove so I arrived to a toasty cozy room upon arrival. And she was super helpful even AFTER I left with finding things. And, the parking was right in front (sometimes hard to find traveling around Albania).

Bungalow is very clean and cozy, available AC, TV, and even induction cooker. Location of the place is near to small city, but located in forest which makes rest is very relaxing and refreshing Owners are friendly and welcoming family, they helped with advice where to go and what to see. I hope we will come back one day to this place

We loved this property and the owners. It’s a fabulous spot not far from civilization but it feels very peaceful with amazing views. The road to the property is paved. Cabin is cozy and very clean. Food is good.
