CanadaThe location, the facilities. My accommodation was spacious & well equipped overlooking the pool. I had a lovely outdoor patio. The facilities were spotless. It is a very welcoming location ( the reception staff). It is a short walk to the beach & the Esplanade. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked the walkway from one beach to another beach.
I liked the walkway from one beach to another beach. The Surf Club was very jovial on Fri. night with a good guitarist entertaining us.
The restaurant under the accommodation had lovely food at reasonable prices. We dined there twice in 2 days.

We had dinner one night at the Pelican Waters Tavern, the service was okay, meal took forever to come out. 3 of us received our meals, we had nearly finished ours before the others got theirs. The ladys that were on that night were not very happy and helpful. Not going back. Other wise we had a nice time in Pelican Waters and in the house that we stayed in was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquarius.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquarius. The apartment was light and airy with views of the lake and beyond. It was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It contained everything we needed for a break away from home. We would happily stay here again .We had dinner at a local restaurant just around the corner. It was easy to get to the beaches and shops. We went on a canal sunset cruise too during our stay.

Beaches are lovely and Reception gave us free paddle boards and kayaks to use. The local restaurants are lovely very quiet and relaxing place. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone that was looking to just get away.

We found there weren’t many options for eating out at night that were within walking distance which surprised us. Even though we were happy with our accommodation maybe one of the nearby beach suburbs may have suited us better

I recommend the Mercure Sunshine Coast Kawana Waters for its comfort and convenient location near to the hospital, Stockland shopping centre, and local beaches a 10 minute drive away. My room was spacious, quiet, and featured a comfortable bed alongside modern amenities. The 24-hour reception team was professional and accommodating, and having access to free on-site parking and Accor Wi-Fi included, added good value to a great stay. Finally, the "Go Green" Initiative offers a customer incentive that's worth checking out.

Golden beach is one of the more quiet beaches at Caloundra but still has everything you need including hotels, caravan parks, cafes, shops, takeaway food. The swimming at golden beach is great for people who don’t like the open surf and prefer calmer waters. A great spot for paddle boarding!

Very clean and nice restaurants. The beach is well maintained and there are facilities such as showers and toilets provided. There is a wide range of food and the only negative is the busy road. There are also a handful of signs for tourists to navigate around the area.

We always love our stays at Mercure Sunshine Coast. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating—nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Their warm hospitality keeps us coming back every time. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
