Everything was good at this hotel, the staff at the front desk are very friendly, the bedrooms were clean, the location is very good, and the guy that helped me with my luggage/bags/dresses/etc was very sweet. Unfortunately, I didn't have cash with me to tip him but I would like to say thanks for everything!!

BAD MANAGEMENT:
-I waited for service at the pool for an hour. I went to front desk to complain, they said someone would be there in a bit, still took another half hour to have pool service.
- I order one type of drink but it came another.
-Out of the 4 machines at the fitness center(which had only 2 treadmils, 1 eliptical and 1 bike) only 1 was working. - Room keys had to be changed daily at front desk because the magnetic strips loose the power by the end of the day.
-Hot water in the shower would go on/of making water either really cold or really hot.
-No shower cap in the bathroom, when we asked for one at 9pm they told us to go downstairs to get it instead of bringing it to the room
-There is a charge of R$5 for each silverware if you need one to eat at the room 😳
**The pleasant points at the hotel were: pool, breakfast and lady who served us at breakfast(Cassia), she was friendly and attentive to customers needs.
