Staff was incredibly helpful. We wanted to order food and didn’t have the option since we are tourists and don’t have a CPF number, but Jaque offered to order for us with her number. Everything went smoothly including their help with transportation to the airport the morning of our flight.

Room very comfortable, super clean and with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful with many options. Also the hotel's facilities were good (gym and the rooftop pool).

The breakfast was excellent, diversified and had both healthy or comfort choices. The location was great for me, actually this was one of the reasons for the Hotel Fenix choice. Options for off-hours snacks were great, the staff is amazing.

The bed and the shower were the most relaxing points of my stay. The place is inside the city but it has green and quiet areas around.
This is one of the oldest hotels in the city. The first 5 🌟 on the region and it still have high palm trees .

A lot to say, but by one word to explain. Change the name of this hotel to Racism Hotel by Bourbon. Staffs like Jhonny, Vanessa, Isabella they don't even deserved to get the certificate for royalty. Working in a hospitality industry, showing Racism to the customers. How this hotel will get improve. Kick them out

Campinas is a metropolis and it shows all the problems...
Campinas is a metropolis and it shows all the problems inherent to a metropolis. However, it doesn't show any of the niceties inherent to a Metropolis. Even its nicest areas didn't look nice enough.
Everywhere I went, and includes a Samsung store at the Iguatemi mall, I experienced a clueless individual eager to unleash a suspicious, ill intended creature on me for nefarious reasons. Who wants to be in such a place?
I visited a McDonald's at the Iguatemi mall and I couldn't make the employee understand I wanted a cup of coffee just like the one they sell in the U.S. She kept telling me what I wanted was wrong...
If there is something fun for me to do in Campinas - and the sine qua non condition is safety, I have yet to discover it.

I had a pleasant and memorable stay in Campinas, SP. The city offers a nice mix of urban comfort and cultural charm. The people were welcoming, and I enjoyed exploring the local restaurants and attractions. Everything was convenient, and overall, it was a great experience!
