Staff very pleasant and helpful it’s a little succluded from walking places no lights on road very dark area once at the hotel no stores close by and no laundry facilities

Exceeded my expectations! I was wary for the price and this being all inclusive but the resort is great. Staff is so friendly, food was great, and rooms were comfortable and clean! They have a ton of activities as well.
Nicoles Nest Brand New Exquisite Studio Hideaway offers accommodations in Freeport, 1.7 miles from Silver Point Beach. This apartment offers air-conditioned accommodations with a patio.

John is a Legend!!! He made sure to know what time I was landing to make sure the place would be ready upon arrival as I was checking in earlier than usual check in time. He had turned on the AC and fans. He went above and beyond. I didn't have a car rental because i don't mind walking he offered to drive me anywhere I needed to go!! Supermarket is only 10mn walk and the closest beach with bar and restaurant is 15mn. The area is quiet and safe!! I definetely recommend 300% and will absolutely come back next time I'm visiting!! Thank you so much you're the best!!!

Unfortunately, due to the fact that we were getting married, we did not get to tour the island or leave the resort. But, our guests said they enjoyed the island. They enjoyed the tours and the places that they visited. I will be returning in order to get a better view and experience without so much Hubub.

The room was great however simple items like paper towels...
The room was great however simple items like paper towels there was none in the room and the cable tv channels were trash no movie channels. Freeport was very well decorated for the holidays and the city was pretty clean. The international airport needs to renovate or completely replace its not helping the airlifts to the island which is the life blood to keeping it healthy for the workers and business owners.

Although Freeport is not the same since the hurricane, you can see they are making an effort to cater to tourists at the hotels/resorts. During this stay at Lighthouse Pointe at Lucayan Grand Bahama - All Inclusive from July 22nd to July 28th, 2025, every person we encountered was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The island is still a beautiful place to relax and enjoy solitude.
