The apartment owners were very sweet. The location was excellent to whitby and other areas we wanted to visit.
The bathroom was large. Clean and no concerns.
The closet was huge.
They had a coffee pot, toaster, and microwave.
We felt safe with the lock system.
The owners assisted us with their streaming channels.
They had an iron and ironing board.
The fireplace was easy to use on cold evenings.

We liked the facilities, how clean and neat everything is but it's mostly how pleasant and helpful the staff are. We like the dining room and breakfast. And we liked how close it is to the facilities in the area.
We were visiting family in the area and went to the theatre and to their home so it was very convenient for us

We travelled from the Niagara waterfalls to Ottawa and had a short stop for a night, which was brilliant. We haven't seen much of a town, but visited a very good large superstore and the Jungle Cat World Wildlife Park nearby.

The next time I need a long stay, I will likely look for an Airbnb. The price is about the same with more options. I need access to a proper kitchen with a kettle, microwave, and freezer and also more privacy and freedom. I would also like a nicer area with better local food options.

I did take a drive to the Walmart store in Port Perry, it was an interesting drive and the Smart Mall was very nice
It was easy to get around Port Perry....when my Fiance came we had fish n chips in town which was very nice....we ate there because I didn't care for the burger I had at the Casino the day before
I like to read and rest, Spending time at your Hotel felt like I was at a Weekend Spa, without the back rub, I did enjoy my stay there and have recommended your place to my friends.

We had to leave.
We had to leave. My friend’s throat closed up after a few minutes inside. There is some kind of allergen that affected her. Ceiling tiles hanging loose, water pooled outside at the grade entrance ( which the owner denied knowing anything about but it’s obviously a recurrent issue when it rains) messy front closet, old furniture, walls in desperate need of paint, scuff marks on walls, beds with sheets and thin comforter that doesn’t come close to matching. No “homey” vibe but instead just blah and very unappealing.

We had booked in Whitby, but the residence was in Oshawa.
We had booked in Whitby, but the residence was in Oshawa. The landlord called us the morning of our arrival and sent us the new address. When we arrived there was nobody to let us in, and we discovered it was a rooming house. We waited about 15 minutes for one of the residents to show up and let us in to show us to our room. The landlord arrived about an hour later, introduced himself and provided towels, and a kettle after we asked for one. He seemed to think giving us the Master bedroom was a favour, but given how disappointed we were with the accommodation we couldn't share his enthusiasm.
