We booked two rooms and checked in after 11:00 PM due to a late flight. The hotel shuttle service was good and picked us up from the airport. However, both showers had flooding issues, with one causing water to flow into the carpeted area. We reported the issue to the front desk, but no room changes were available, and no maintenance staff was on hand to fix the problem at the time. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to stay in the rooms as they were for the night.
