Loved everything, So happy I chose this hotel. I had an early flight, and the earliest train didn't fit my schedule. So the location of this hotel was very helpful for me as it is only a couple of minutes' walk to the airport. The U Bahn is right outside the hotel. The S-Bahn is at the airport. Both of them provide very easy, direct access to the town. So this is really an excellent place for people with early flights who want to see the city for a few hours. My room was big. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. You can request a to-go coffee. They packed me lunch food on the day of my flight, gave me free coffee, and drinks from the bar for my breakfast, making sure I ate something before leaving the hotel. The staff were very accommodating. The facilities were excellent. The cleaning staff were also kind when I asked them for water and slippers. I used the wellness area, which only contains the gym, steam room, and sauna. I wish they could add a jacuzzi there. Tip: hang the card that says you allow to skip a cleaning day of your room for free drinks at the bar!

The hotel is one minute away on foot from a big supermarket, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also great. I had a shower, sauna and bathtub in my room to relax, that I did not expected to have. It is close to the airport (not next door). Also being there in October, the room was warm and cozy. I had a very friendly welcome!

Yes, I would stay here again. Primary was the location to the airport for a morning flight the next day. Having a shuttle was important to get to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, The hotel was very clean.
Breakfast was plentiful and varied in the morning. We did not find a restaurant within walking distance, but there were many restaurants that would deliver. This was a Sunday night.

The nearby town of Esslingen was much more interesting. I understand Ostfildern was heavily damaged during the war, so doesn't have the charming medieval buildings and streets of Esslingen. We did visit the Ostfildern cemetery which was interesting, but all in all, not much in the town itself. I did have a terrific trout dinner at the hotel though!

Very pretty village centre but lacked a good choice of dining. Plenty of other’s within a 10-15 km distance. Fantastic bakery and patisserie with very top class, home baked breads and cakes!!
Ritter chocolate factory on the outskirts with fantastic modern art gallery and walks in its own grounds.

This is the most welcoming hotel, ever! We felt like royalty, even our dog would find bags of treats for her every few days. We highly recommend this hotel! It's in a small town, but close to everything. We actually came back a second time during our pcs, after taking one last trip for a few days. Each stay, we extended for a couple of days, and were made to feel like "our friends" were happy to be able to keep us for a little longer. We have never experienced such a warm, welcoming hotel! 10 stars out of 5!!!

It was my first visit to Stuttgart and it's the time of the Summer Culture Festival. Very nice atmosphere with German beers, live band, and lots of international food stores. The Stuttgart Markthalle is worth visiting too, a lot of delicacies.
People are friendly, convenient transport.
I was surprised to see the very big Asian supermarket in the train station, a nice place to visit for people interested in Asian food.
Was also delighted to discover the large second-hand shop ReSales Stuttgart at Marienstraße 3A (3 levels in total!)
As a first-time visitor to Stuttgart, I left with a very good impression.

Charming small town close to Stuttgart and a plus for wine lovers! We visited the Kessler wine cellar and Einhorn restaurant (wine cellar) which were excellent. If you are looking for a place to stay while attending the Cannstatter Volksfest or Spring festival at the Wassen then this town has excellent advantages as well. The train station is one exit removed from the Wassen station next to the festival grounds.

A beautiful, modern, vibrant metropolis with a functioning transport infra-structure that is frequent and reliable. The people were open and friendly and, during what was the June-July 2026 heatwave, there were, in the city centre, strategically situated toilets and water fountains where the weary walker (this writer!) could drink and relax.
I would recooend the KONIGSTRASSE, the longest main street in any European city, and the impressive MARTINPLATZ area.
In summary, a city that is well worth seeing and experiencing.
