The beautiful smile that welcomes you by Hadeel and Mariam at the reception assures you that you’re about to start a wonderful time, the honesty of the two Mohammed at there reception Mae’s you feel safe ( when they found my wallet the followed a good procedures in place to find who owns it, had lots of money and nothing lost thank you guys). Food and dessert are amazing and abundant, you always see Chef Maged with his team chef Abdel Aziz and Chef Ibrahim always with a big smile on their face walking around making sure you are happy and satisfied with the food and services, Yasser and Mohammed Elsayed with the whole team at the restaurant are amazing. The resort was full and I learned that many like us are regular guests which I am sure the staff are a big reason for that, they serve with love. Kudos to the managers and whoever hires the staff for sure they did a fantastic job, whoever owns the property got to be proud of all of you. We planned for our next visit before we left the place.

Hotel close to the airport. Large, beautiful area. Rooms cozy, spacious. Bed very comfortable. Everywhere very clean and white. Food delicious and varied. Great beach. Good bridge. Large area for swimming. Coral reef. Very grateful that we could swim in the sea early in the morning. The staff is very pleasant. Especially helpful, always smiling employees of the Posh Club restaurant.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, everything is in place, pools are diversified and massive, and the restaurants has great food variety. The staff is great, welcoming, and cooperative. Their main concern was our happiness and satisfaction. Special thanks to George Helmy from the main resturant, Kirollos the life Guard , Antonios from the reception, and Akram from the Main pool.

The food selection was out of this world, so much to offer. The pool was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The staff even arrange for a late dinner after our competition. They went over and above.

Breakfast is amazing , has everything you dream off. Hotel beach amazing, Staff amazing ,( receiption ,restaurants , beach staff, dive center staff) all go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Wifi signal very good. If you want to eat outside of the hotel in the nearby area ( soho square) you get around 20 % discount if you mention which hotel you are and your room number.

The staff was so friendly and helpful in every way, the food was amazing and everyday different variety. Amazing housekeeping, towel art everyday. Even if beach is by walk 5 min, we preferred the pool as it was so nice and clean. Bars everywhere, that was something for us. Would recommend to anyone. Also Ahmed at the reception was amazing with helping us with all our problems during the stay, we couldn’t ask for better care.
