I was surprised that they offer FREE airport pick up and transfer. I appreciated it very much. Location is about 15 minute drive away from Madrid Barajas Airport. They have luggage safe keeping; very convenient for me when I already segregated my clothes to be used in Madrid in my carryon, so when the driver asked me if I would like to store my luggage, I said yes without the need to bring my luggage inside my room as they have luggage safe keeping at the ground floor near the street. Room was basic with ensuite toilet and shower. Clean and with airconditioning unit.

Clean and cozy. Nice neighborhood. The host was very friendly. The location is very close to the airport. You can literally walk to the terminal, so it is a very good choice if you need to catch an early flight.

Warm welcome when checking in ; very comfortable beds in a cozy clean room with ample hot water and very good water pressure in the shower. For those with mobility issues: good safe ramp to entrance and elevator. Lots of cafe’s and restaurants at the square some 30 meters away. 25 minute, 1.6km easy walk from terminal 1. Closer and shorter walk for those at terminal 2 or 3.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport serves as the rest of the world’s gateway to Spain. The distance to Madrid city centre is 11 miles (18 kilometres), so getting there by taxi, train or Metro doesn’t take long. The latter is the easiest and cheapest option. Simply hop on Metro Line 8 at Nuevos Ministerios station for a direct connection to Terminals 1-4. The journey takes around 15 minutes.

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!

Very difficult to close the entry door quietly. No Kleenex in bathroom. Had to ask for toilet paper. Very quiet room. Liked the ability to open the window. Front desk staff very pleasant and accommodating.

Wonderful hotel with the most amazing owners.

Wonderful hotel with the most amazing owners. Torrejon is superbly located for Madrid and all of its attractions and the main airport. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose although the town could do with a good Indian.

Great, modern apartments, although the provided kitchen equipment is a bit limited. Needed to go and buy things like a chopping board and sharp knife which I would have thought would have been provided as standard. Excellent Internet and comfortable rooms. Felt very comfortable for a month's stay. Easy access to La Granja metro station. Not many food options nearby without getting metro, but tons that are just 1-2 stops away.

It was a great economical stopover.

It was a great economical stopover. It was difficult to find a decent meal. Plenty of fast food restaurants if you enjoy that type of food, but would have liked a proper meal hotel spotless, staff helpful, good location for one night stop on way to Santander

Good location, short walk to the Coslada Metro station. We found some Kebab place around the corner, the best and cheapest kebab I've had. No UBER was working in the area at midnight. If you have a car, park it at or around the Metropolitano Metro station. There you can use Zone 1 tickets to take the Metro downtown.

We only stayed here for one night between flights. It was a pity that the weather was not very good, it was raining, so we didn't visit Parque Europa. We only visited the main square, where there are cafes and shops. The town is cozy, but we didn't see much.

This hotel has king size beds and large rooms, usually larger than the ones I stayed in the U.S. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom very large. The breakfast buffet is amazing. It has everything you can imagine from cereal and toast to eggs, bacon, and cold cuts and cheeses. It has an airport van that takes about 10 min to get there because it goes against the traffic rush. The staff is very professional and friendly. I always get great service. The only problem is that the AC/heating is centralized, so if the heat if furnace is turn on and the room is hot, one can only open the windows which is to a busy street.

OK for an overnight close to the airport.

OK for an overnight close to the airport. Not much else going for the town. Ate in a restaurant 2 min walk from hotel as it was bad weather. Would not have visited except was stuck at the airport overnight due to flight disruption.

This is by far the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in. Exceptionally friendly service, breakfast was good, free shuttle to and from the airport. Room was clean and very modern, like they just renovated. It is the perfect place to spend the nights if you don't care at all about being located within walking distance of anything. The only thing that really bothered me was the fitness center. I specifically picked a hotel with a fitness center and it was missing a few weights and the butterfly machine wasn't working well. But I don't think this is relevant for most people. I was always the only one there and I found ways to work around it.
