CanadaThis is a great property just walking distance from the Kos international airport. 15 mins drive from the magnificent Agia Stefanos beach. We loved the place , super clean and if you stay on the ground floor you have a private gated parking spot! Excellent value for money. Panagiotis is a great guy and has been super helpful at all times. We stayed at this place one night to spend some time in the wonderful Kos island before taking our flight to Italy. Highly recommended.

We stayed here because we got a late flight from Manchester.
We stayed here because we got a late flight from Manchester. We didn’t explore the local area as we were travelling onwards the next day. But it was pleasant and fairly quiet, despite being near a road.

Lots of great restaurants, and bars to choose from. Loads of places to relax on the beach most are free if you eat and drink at the restaurants.
Caters for all age ranges, from relaxing at the square or beach front bar to some late lively places for a good dance.
The locals are very friendly.

If you want discos, nightclubs and organised ' fun ', it is not for you but it does offer wonderful restaurants at amazingly low prices compared to the UK. The local residents and business owners go out of their way to help. There is a lovely tranquility about the village, the beaches etc. and strolling through the streets on a balmy evening is a delight.

It's a very small town, there isn't much to see or do.
It's a very small town, there isn't much to see or do. You can pretty much walk in two directions. But Tigaki is close, there's a bit more variety of restaurants and bars and cafes. The beach in Marmari is perfect though! And it's very safe and quiet. I would recommend renting a car anyway, because there's not much else to do and you will be more flexible that way. The sunsets in Marmari are very beautiful!

Good beach- especially for children as shallow, sandy and calm. Too many sunbeds from huge hotel complex but some beach available. Lovely views out to see and to islands.
Some great places to eat.
Easy to get a bus to Kos town, to the airport and a couple of other places.

Very quiet area, with plenty of tavernas, supermarkets etc. When I was there in mid, May 2026, it was mostly older tourists like myself. I wouldn't say it was the best place if you have young children to entertain. If you want a totally chilled holiday, with plenty of beaches, crystal clear water, reasonably priced tavernas and cafes, I would recommend this area. It is mostly on the flat which is great for anyone with mobility issues.

Tingaki is a beautiful location for a holiday with lots of beaches, restaurants and bars. It has a great atmosphere and there is always something for everyone of all ages. You can get either buses or taxis to Kos or maybe even cycle. Lots of choices of restaurants for different budgets including a great Chinese restaurant. Quite a few shops to browse in selling different Greek souvenirs. Great place for a holiday.

We were especially impressed by how much attention had been given to cleanliness — the apartment was spotless. The interior decoration was also beautiful, creating a very warm and stylish atmosphere. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into making the place special for guests.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would love to come back again in the future.

When we arrived at Villa Milan we were overwhelmed by the countryside location, the large pool and the sea views. It was so easy to relax there, but it was also in close proximity to the water park, beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a hired car and went out every day to explore the island, which is not large, so we covered a lot, and the roads are quiet.
The villa had everything we needed and more; spacious rooms, tv, wifi, well equipped kitchen, bbq, air con, fans... and so on.
As a family of 5, we really did have a fantastic week here, swimming in the pool and at beaches, the waterpark close by, exploring and of course eating lots of lovely local food. Definitely one of our best and only wished it could have been longer.

Kardamaina is a small town, so you can't get lost.
Kardamaina is a small town, so you can't get lost. It's the perfect place to relax and stroll along the seafront or through the narrow streets lined with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and little shops selling souvenirs and a little bit of everything.
At sunset, a fantastic light fills the harbor, making it magical. The aroma of the food mingles with the salty sea air and envelops you as you stroll along the streets that line the sea. The marina offers a variety of entertainment options, such as pirate ships for children, boat trips to the various islands, water scooters, parasiling, fishing boats and much more.
