I loved this little place, so cute and stock full for all your needs. Host thought of everything to make a comfortable stay. So easy to locate and walking distance to airport. It was also very quiet and peaceful. Nice deck to watch sunset with a glass of wine.

Very close to Dubrovnik airport, a few minutes walk, so convenient for us to catch an early flight. The 3 bedroom apartment is spacious and clean with two bathrooms. Nice open concept for living room kitchen and dining room. The host is very friendly. We are happy to stay in this apartment.

Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) Information

Location and Transport

Dubrovnik Airport, also known as Čilipi Airport, is Croatia’s third-busiest airport, located 10 miles (15 kilometres) from central Dubrovnik. The most convenient way to travel between the airport and city is by taxi, costing around HRK 250 (USD 40) one way. The cheapest method is to take the bus. The Atlas Bus departs upon arrival of every scheduled flight and costs HRK 40, while a public bus (Lines 11, 27 and 38) departs 3-4 times a day and costs HRK 28.

There are several villas and a hotel within 1 mile (2 kilometres) of Dubrovnik Airport, in case you need to stay the night before a connecting flight. Most properties provide a shuttle service. Dubrovnik Airport’s most extraordinary feature is the Đurovića Cave. Hidden beneath the runway, this centuries-old cave is entered through a 37-metre long tunnel, beginning in the Skycellar Wine & Souvenir shop. Other useful facilities available include currency exchange, luggage wrapping and duty-free shopping.

Terminal Information

Dubrovnik Airport has three terminals, although Terminal A has been permanently closed for passenger traffic. The new Terminal C building is next to Terminal B, which handles arriving passengers.

Good base for touring. Cavtat particularly captivating. Don’t miss out on visiting the shell museum. Folk festival in Čilipi on Sundays very entertaining. Excellent restaurants. Very helpful and friendly people. No language problems.

Location for airport, visiting Cavtat & Dubrovnik. Lovely spacious comfortable spotless apartment. Great parking provided. Proactive host, lives below apartment, very polite but descreat. Value for money.

The hosts where wonderful people, very friendly and made you feel right at home. The accommodation was very handy for closeness to the airport. Only a short stay but there was shops and restaurants nearby and you weren't far from the main road for easy access to wherever you were planning to go to.

Cavtat is an amaxing town.

Cavtat is an amaxing town. You get to sample all the delights of Croatia without the bustle of Dubrovnik, which is easily accessible anyway via the many water taxi's, approx €15 round trip. Cavtat itself is certainly better value than the main city too. The restaurants are of a good standard, and there is lots more to see if you take a walk around. We are big fans of Cavtat and will return again.

Komaji is a friendly little sleepy village, close to the airport. No shops but the local supermarket was on the main road half a mile from the airport. (Great little restaurant/cafe tucked behind). Meat counter only open in the morning. Cavtat, the local town, is a beautiful little seaside town 20 mins north offering everything you would want. Great cafes, restaurants, ice creams to die for and a suberb bakery, with the most amazing romantic sunsets over the sea. There are some wonderful little eateries in rural locations offering local dishes to the south and east. A great little private and relaxing holiday villa location. PS you'll need a hire car.

Very clean and quiet surroundings. Fully equipped with everything you need in a kitchen . Spacious rooms and very good beds. Host is very helpful and polite. Overall we enjoyed staying and definitely recommend and will be back again.

Mlini is absolutely beautiful.

Mlini is absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean and well kept a real haven. the pebble beach /bay is not very big. you can hire sun loungers which make it more comfortable. There are a few small shops which sell drinks/snacks near beach area. The no. 10 bus is convenient to get into the city but also regular boats take you there from the harbour. Sea is lovely and clear so take snorkel they have an inflatable obstacle course on the sea for kids too. There are some good places to get reasonably priced food along the bay in Srebreno which is slightly bigger and has a lively atmosphere day and night without being too crowded.

Lovely quaint village in Croatia which is perfect if you are trying to avoid staying in central Dubrovnik and would rather drive to places close by. It is peaceful, beautiful and very close to the airport.

The best sunsets ever !!!

The best sunsets ever !!! Would highly recommend the following: Caffe bar "Delfin" - Staff are truly lovely, they serve fantastic Ozujsko beer and amazing cocktails. Perfect spot to watch the world go by... Restaurant: Posejdon - Again the staff are really friendly and helpful and the food is of good quality and value for money; most tables are by the waters edge with a great view

There is not much to do in Mlini, even the beach is lots...

There is not much to do in Mlini, even the beach is lots steep steps. Nothing to do in the evening We used Mlini as a base and travelled around to Montenegro, Mostar old town Dubrovnik and Split and many more local towns.
