Very helpful and friendly staff. Reception arranged taxis for us. Also transport from and to the airport. I liked the good range on the breakfast buffet - continental and oriental food. Air conditioning easy to adjust in own room.

Located in the middle of the city, there is a small grocery store next door (indomaret). no breakfast service but can order food online easily. can borrow plate and spoon/fork from the hotel. Wifi connection is also well.
