Ankit, the owner made arrangements for the pick up. Since our train got delayed by more than 2 hours he waited himself well past midnight at the station to pick us up. Now that is customer centricity and human approach beyond any expectations. More than that he could have denied and asked us to make our own arrangements. So, that's dedication and its priceless in my opinion. He also, stopped enroute to help us get food packed. I'm never going to stay anywhere else in Deoghar whenever I visit, unless they are sold out and cannot provide me accommodation.
