I was traveling alone and had a train from Chandigarh Railway Station the next day, so I was looking for a safe and secure hotel. I booked Hotel Kartik online as it is conveniently located on the main road. My stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean, and the staff was polite and supportive. Most importantly, as a single female traveler, I felt completely safe and secure throughout my stay. Thank you, Hotel Kartik, for the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended.

As we reached hotel just 1 hour after confirmation on call, the owner said that rooms we booked are not available. Either to drop booking or pay extra charges for premium rooms. Yes, we paid extra for the rooms on reaching hotel.
Slowest food and other service. Dont order from the hotel kitchen. Instead use zomato or swiggy. Non cooperative staff, they commited to adjust the rooms in same floor but they deny to do so after payment.
AC was not working, didn't compensate for that.
Very untidy outer atmosphere.

His warm smile and willingness to listen to my breakfast and dinner requests make me feel at home. Even after paying for stay and food, we were told that you are not staying in hotel but it is homestay and we should behave like guest but like family members where no staff was coming to clean the rooms even after request. Self food service was there where as in hotels food is served for guest. We were not able to take food unlimited as it was always monitored by staff.

I recently stayed at this property while I had a fractured leg, and my experience was excellent. One of the best things about the hotel is that it is very wheelchair-friendly. The lift and all areas of the hotel were easily accessible, which made my stay much more comfortable.
The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The washroom was also clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, especially considering my condition. They even arranged an extra bed for us without any hassle.
The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety I tried most of the items and really enjoyed them. Overall, the staff took great care of me during my stay.
I highly recommend this property. It is spacious, clean, safe, and very comfortable. A 10/10 experience.

Hotel is value for money. All amenities like free WiFi, tv, ac,hot water are working. Room and hotel is clean. But the location of hotel is inside a gully. Entire area is narrow, roads dirty and filled with smog. Difficult if you have car to travel that area.
