Located on a nice park/ on the ocean. Exceptional staff especially the manager. Was very kind and accommodating to me despite a language barrier. Showed me many things including bus stops and onsens. There is an onsen on the property that is very relaxing.

The room is compact, near the Heartland Ferry terminal (only 10 minutes) walking and there are a few restaurants and shops around. The staff was very polite (he bowed when I was checking out and walk out of the property).

Stunning natural beauty and very quaint coastal community!
Stunning natural beauty and very quaint coastal community! I was blown away by the hiking and mountain views. The summer is a fantastic time to visit, as the temperatures are in the perfect range for going hiking and the famous edelweiss unique to Rebun are in full bloom. The local cuisine (Kombu and sea urchin) was very tasty, although may be a bit much for those adjusted to a western palate. The hospitality was incredible with many workers and hotel staff going above and beyond to make my stay special. Transportation to and from as well as within the island can be a bit prohibitive to those who enjoy spontaneous travel planning, but the small size of the island means that walking or hiking to many of the top locations is very doable. I strongly recommend this destination to those who enjoy outdoors and cooler climates.
