After 2 weeks in Africa, this was our one and only experience where we truly felt in the African Savanah!! The location is stunning, with the views of Kilimanjaro and the Savannah spreading in front of you!! It is also a small camp, meaning it does feel like a true safari experience and not a hotel vibe as it all other lodges we stayed at!!
And the best, all that with the comfort of a cozy bed and warm showers!!! And for a very reasonable price point!!
We highly recommend the Little Amanya Camp!!

Small remote camp with stellar views of Kilimanjaro! The staff were all super friendly and were able to help us plan a last minute game drive and nature walk with an excellent guide. Overall very good value for money. The solar panel electricity and water heater also worked surprisingly well and we didn’t have any issues with amenities.

It's a beautiful remote place just outside the gates of amboseli. Quiet and off the grid .
The stinkbugs were a nuisance. They flew into our tent and dive bombed us at night.
In the restaurant there are hundreds on the ceiling and they drop onto your table while you are eating
They don't bite but they are a nuisance.
But it's Africa so we have to be understanding as they help with the crops nearby .
We were upgraded to the giraffe suite so I really appreciated that .
Everyone was so nice and the food was outstanding.

The views of Kili are undisputed the best! The F&B staff were very helpful. Food was great and some of the better camp food of our 4 different safari resorts we stayed in.
Checkin staff were nice but hands were tied to resolving issues - unable to clarify why listing says AC included in room but it’s NOT, and property does not have enough fans to provide one for each room when requested.

we were placed at little Amanya rather than at what we booked. The location of little amanya is good if you want to do a gamedrive at Amboseli. It also has a lovely view of Kilimanjaro.

Amboseli was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable.
Amboseli was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. I had an incredible time and only wished I could have stayed longer. My friend Tammy also had an amazing experience, and my nephew Brian said this was a once-in-a-lifetime vacation that he will always remember.
Some of my favorite moments were seeing the incredible wildlife, enjoying the breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, and experiencing the peaceful beauty of the park. Getting around was easy thanks to our outstanding driver, Austin, who was knowledgeable, professional, and made every game drive enjoyable.

A great park filled with fantastic herds, animals and scenery but being ruined by too many trucks and vans. Animals are fantastic but the ruts, holes and roads need improving. Dust was everywhere. If to visit again, 1 or 2 days max.

Fantastic wildlife and some amazing wide open plains with beautiful views. Excellent birdlife and nice roads. Sadly, let down by the volume of cars and very rude, disrespectful guides who drive past you, showering you in dust even when it is clear you are leaning out of the car, taking pictures. Overcrowding of lion sightings with no control by park staff.
