We took a safari from Nairobi which was incredible.

We took a safari from Nairobi which was incredible. Whilst in Nairobi we also visited the giraffe centre, the National Museum of Kenya and did a walking tour - all of which we’d recommended. We found Nairobi to be really friendly. It is super busy to walk around and the roads are treacherous but great place.

Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍

Actually there's more friction stories on the service offered at the facility. I was overcharged extra money [Ref:AB22D31B0F23: Dear , MPESA Paybill transfer of KES 5592 to NCBA Paybill Account-488488 and account 3227370026 was successful.MPESA Ref:RLM0WDR2KG.Price was hiked immediately we arrived at the facility. The duvets had human discharge.Dirty stain . Am sorry I can't recommend anyone for this kind customer mismanagement entity. Booked one bed room house bt got a airbnb, this was just a surprise to me.

Safety is the best of Karen.

Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

Ruaka is a town that conveniently located.

Ruaka is a town that conveniently located. My visit to the embassy was very fast from the Luxora 2bedrooms we stayed in I liked visiting the two rivers which is not far from the place. We ordered food from a local nyama choma joint near the house, the host provided the contact . It's easy to get around Ruaka plenty of taxi and public transport. Next I will go eat there instead of wondering to see the night life

The place is good but the toilets were a disappointment couldn't flash until you use a backet both in master bedroom and public toilet, also cleanliness should be improved to control the small cocroaches. The kitchen was great with good utensils, atleast all that we need was available. The host was kind and cooperative.

Nairobi is a very good city and has a lot of things to explore. However, this is a city without proper planning. We did not find traffic lights even at critical junctions. We were stuck in the traffic for 2 hours. The road conditions are bad except a few areas of the city. There is dust and trash everywhere. However, the people we met are friendly and food was good everywhere we ate.

a normal kenya town, close to the city. if you are going to the UN place or any of the embassies and schools around, stay in Ruaka and get a sense of how normal kenyans live. getting out of the 'hotel and malls' bubble, it was humbling to get a few of the buzz of normal living.

Nairobi is a large and busy city, there are so many parts to see. I think 2-3 days is plenty of time to be in the city. Things I wish I knew before visiting were; if you are traveling as a family the CBD is probably not the best place to stay. We were hoping to walk around the explore the city, but were warned by various Kenyans not to walk around CBD at night, not to use cell phone in the open, and to take off my wedding ring when walking around. We loved the hotel we stayed at and it was very easy to take ubers to various sites, but would have liked to feel safe walking around. The air quality is not very good, so if you have family members who are sensitive to that then you should stay outside the city. Nairobi is a fascinating city and my family had a great time.

Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service.

Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. ... Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown . 02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
