Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, a very good breakfast and friendly staff. There’s a lovely center nearby with lots of souvenir shops, and the market is only 15–20 minutes away by bus, so the location is excellent. A really pleasant stay!

Very accommodating. We originally were on a different floor from our friends and they upgraded to be on the same floor, a few rooms down. Philip Lee was the best and gave us info on our surroundings 😀😀

We stayed in Jeju 6 nights and treated ourselves on our last night to this wonderful hotel. Checkin and parking was easy. We were amazed from the moment we stepped into the lobby with the beautiful entrance and fireplace but were completely blown away by the pool and our room. The pool was beyond anything that we expected! The room and bathroom were so fancy and comfortable. Unfortunately, it did rain and we didn't get to explore as much as we should have. We ordered Eco Fried Chicken and ate in our room - YUM!

Amazing location. Clean and comfortable, as well as gorgeous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing. The food was delicious. There is a scenic path to the beach with stunning views. There are restaurants and a cute cafe around the area within walking distance. We loved staying at this hotel. We had an amazing time during our stay.

General facilities, staff excellent in all interactions, magnificent breakfast buffet and great location

Great location to walk to the airport. They offer a shuttle, but I believe it starts running at 6:30AM, and you have to reserve it. I say this having not tried to do so and not having asked them. We wanted to get to the airport by 6AM, and the walk was under 30 minutes and very easy. I read some reviews saying the mattresses were hard, and they were, but they were very comfortable for me and my dad, haha.

The room is spacious and clean, there is a bus stop nearby and it is close to the airport.

The staff were great as we had no issues with communication since they can speak English fluently. They even upgraded our stay free of charge and allowed us to check-in 2 hours earlier than the supposed time free of charge as well. They even gave as an interconnecting room as we booked two rooms. Everyone was kind and accommodating and they also had a free airport shuttle bus but you have to mind the posted schedule as it is not available 24/7. The location was great as it was near a lot of bus stops and also a 30 minute ride from the airport. They make up the room on a daily basis so every time we return, there are new sets of towels, water bottles, and our beds have been fixed. A bit pricey compared to other hotels but quite reasonable with the service they provide and ambience of the hotel. It is Lotte after all. Overall, everything was great from checking-in to checking-out.

We loved everything about this hotel, the location, the stuff (especially the assistant manager she was so nice and helpful!!!) the bed (amazing and sooooo big), the breakfast, it was a really great hotel!

Affordable and a nice spots, if you wand also to observe the fly inn and fly out of planes there is view deck with bench near by
