The place is very nice, clean, and comfortable, the stuff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just great! Service in hotel and restaurant was perfect. Definitely stay there next time.
This accommodation has a very good location. It is just in 10 mins on foot far from the Railway station. Room was really spacious. It consists of the room with table and sofa and sleeping part. In winter (end of november 2025) heating was very well, so i had even to open the window. Room was equipped with 1 time sleepers, towels, soap, shower and other small staff. Bed was big enough. They accept Kaspi cashless payments, but prefer cash. I enjoyed breakfast and they can prepare it earlier. Usually breakfast is at 8:00 am. On checkin reception provides a free 0.5 L bottle of water. So overall i can highly recommend this hotel for reasonable price and services.

Kyzylorda is quite windy.
Kyzylorda is quite windy. Not that easy to be walking around. But the weather was really sunny with a clear blue sky. Generally, the people are chilled and friendly. Cheap taxi and dine outs. Delicious korean cuisine.
