The room was clean, neat, and had all the basic necessities for an overnight stay. The location, of course, was excellent: 7 minutes from the airport. When I arrived, I knew I was in the right place when a taxi pulled up to the hotel and an entire flight crew from one of the local airlines exited the car and checked into the hotel. The check-in was flawless and the staff were friendly and professional.

The property was perfect - an efficient room that had everything I needed to be comfortable for a little sleep. There was a private bathroom, clean bed, & the staff was extremely courteous. I was worried the way the single room was advertised that it wouldn’t have a private bathroom, but it definitely did.

Spacious apartments with a small kitchenette and a comfy bed, in the vicinity of the airport, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay again.
Overall, we were happy with this apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great and there are many things within walking distance. The only issue was finding the place. They need to have better directions. Even when we talked to them, it was confusing finding it.

Facilities are new and well maintained,the location is very convenient,but the game changer is the staff working at the property,especially the way Mr.Sanzhar made an eye-contact as soon as we entered to the property,greeted us properly,finished our check-in process less than in 3 minutes including explanations of facilities and working hours,and the same way during our stay,always super friendly,professional and supportive,our stay was great, we would love to back!

An incredible, futuristic experience!
An incredible, futuristic experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Astana is a city that leaves you speechless. Its modern architecture, with buildings like the Baiterek Tower and the Khan Shatyr, reminds you of a science fiction movie. The city is spotlessly clean, safe and very well organized. The Hazrat Sultan Mosque is simply magical. It is definitely worth a visit, especially in the summer months!

I think a couple of days in Astana was right for me.
I think a couple of days in Astana was right for me. We didn't visit all the well-known tourist sights and asked our guide to show us more of local life. The market, neighborhood shops etc. The new part of Astana assumes everybody drives, in the old part it's difficult to find a place to park. It was -20C when we were there. My hands almost froze when I took my gloves off to take a photo. Our guide didn't wear gloves all day.
