Amazing multilingual staff, incredible and fairly priced food and drinks, relaxing atmosphere. Immaculately clean and butiful. Everyone was very helpful. Strong wifi, hot water, comfortable beds.
We stayd for one night on our road trip and enjoyd great food and great, quiet sleep.

Wonderful! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and eager to help. The restaurant is absolutely fantastic. I give my compliments the chefs. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport and in the heart of Toliara, Le Nouvel Eden is an affordable oasis.

This is a large centrally located hotel in Toliara, close to ATMs (if you need cash) and restaurants (Chez Alice is very good). The staff was friendly and helpful with transportation and other arrangements. The upper floor bedroom, entry room and bathroom (with a bathtub!) were very large and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied. There is an elevator and a small pool, though I did not use it.

Always bargain, no matter what. Then tip the vendor generously. Your extra dollar in tip goes a long way for them.
As everywhere else, don't give the pickpocketers any opportunities.
Keep a wand of 100 Arirary bills for the children along your route. After all you can get about 42 or 43 of them for a dollar. 300 Ariary can by them a good snack.
Toliara is a city that never sleeps.
And don't forget to visit MANGILY beach. 1 hour away, and worth the ride. ICI PISCINE has a nice restaurant. RAZA, the owner, is a great guy. You just ask and he makes it happen. He has a great lodge with swimming pool there. Very affordable.
