The Executive Premium King room was spacious, fully carpeted and had an excellent comfy bed. Housekeeping was prompt in delivering the deluxe duck feather pillow. The bathroom was well appointed with a separate shower stall and a bathtub. The hot water temperature was just right for me.
The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of cuisines with local specialities (Laksam, Laksa Kelantan, Nasi lemak) and international delicacies.

The location is at the center of town, that's great. Then the staff was super friendly and helpful, not only to me and my family, to the foreign visitors too. The welcoming drink was a recharge for us during the hot day. Facilities was properly maintained. There is even their own CCTV parking lot, though not many but just what we need.
Walking distance to Hospital Kota Bharu, Muzium Kelantan and Bazar Tok Guru.
The best thing is every night, right in front of the hotel has a night market. Almost everything you want to taste The Kelantan food is there.. Pasar siti khadijah also is within walking reach for the shopaholics.

Highly recommend this hotel!
The room is super comfy. AC works perfectly. The shower is great. The bed and pillows were superb, and I slept like a baby. My room was on the ground floor, and there was a window in the bathroom. And it was a great thing! The bathroom never stayed wet long after I showered, thanks to the natural air circulation.
The staff is very kind and welcoming. I didn't have a 3-pin charger, and they would kindly provide one. There also is a fridge with drinks in the lobby. You could buy some water or other soft drinks from the staff. The prices are surprisingly low, so should you get thirsty at night, just hit the lobby and buy something cool to refresh! (There also is a cooler with free water, for sure).
Sultan Ismail Petra Airport is located 6 miles (9 kilometres) north of downtown Kota Bahru, in Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan. The best way to access the airport is by public bus. The City-Link bus (Line 9) shuttles travellers between Kota Bharu and the airport, departing hourly from outside the terminal, between 07:00 and 19:00. Taxis wait outside the arrivals hall, and charge a fixed rate of MYR 30 to the city centre, with the journey taking around 25 minutes.

It depends on what you are looking for. It's good for sight seeing and explore new experiences. Traffic is not too hectic compared to big cities. People is kind & helpful. Weather is humid & warm. Food wise, many choices especially those food of tomyam & Thai's cuisine. For traveling family, do always make proper plan ahead. Rent a car to travel comfortably. Overall, enjoy the culture & just go with the flow :)

I was in Kota Bharu because of wedding reception, therefore...
I was in Kota Bharu because of wedding reception, therefore I had a limited time to really explore the city. Only had a short visit to Pasar Siti Khadijah. Since my visit was during scholl holidays, it was very hard to find parking space there..my trip back home in KL was even worst.. caught in very terible traffic jam.

Its a quaint relaxing town where people are so friendly and helpful ! The vibe is chill and easy-going. It is one of the oldest historical places of Malaysia. It has such a wonderful history. Its easy to walk around and explore. The Handicraft Museum is filled with information and history. Siti Khadijah Market is filled with food and lots more ! I brought nice macadamias back and its delicious.
