Over the years, I've been here multiple times for work. Perfectly fine rooms and the staff is so nice. Close to the little city center. Parking can be a bit crowded, but it's generally fine. 100% recommended!

Lüderitz is a small town, so everything is walkable and nearby, whoever this place is just so perfectly located and central. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and they respect your privacy, the apartment part is completely independent. There is a small kitchenette with everything you will need.

The Obelix was clean, comfortable and was in a good location only a short walk from the town centre. The staff were very helpful and generally there was a genuine friendly atmosphere. The breakfasts were freshly prepared. The rooms were a little on the small side, but for the price I think this Hotel represents excellent value for money.

Quite run down, not a great feel to it with many children...
Quite run down, not a great feel to it with many children and teenagers quite aggressively begging. Didn't feel ag all comfortable and dont know why authorities dont clamp down on this as its going to impact the tourist trade. Kolmanskruppe very interesting though

It is a small beautiful coastal town in southern Namibia.
It is a small beautiful coastal town in southern Namibia. One of the best highlights were the scenic drive from Nakop the border post to Lüderitz. Other highlights were the crayfish festival, Kolmanskop Ghost town, the two and a halve hour ferry along the coastal line, the Luderitz Museum, Diaspoint and Gross Bucht with it picturise view.

Never make use of the trevel agent Booking.com They do not pay the accomodation providers. We as customer were grossly embarresed and had to pay the accomodation a second time. This leave a bitter taste and a negative outlook to our holiday.
