A beautiful home that is comfortable, modern and very clean! We loved the views from the living room and the hosts were very quick to respond to questions during our stay. The highlight of this place is all the extras the hosts provided, including beach seating chairs, binoculars (which we constantly used, and allowed us to see dolphins in the ocean from afar) and so much more! They really thought of everything!

Great place to stay - very unique accommodations surrounded by a small farm. Our rooms were part of a renovated 1800s train car. My 11yo son had a blast feeding the llamas, alpacas. pigs, ducks, chickens and deer. The property is very private and quiet at night - just what we were looking for. We hope to visit again.

A detached property within 2 minutes walk straight to the beach. Quiet and comfortable with cooking facilities.

A beautiful seaside town.
A beautiful seaside town. Looking across the ocean is the snow capped mountains, so pretty. It is a lovely walk along the beach front, lovely cafes and restaurants. The stoney beach was hard to walk on & the water freezing of course, as we come from sandy beaches and warm water. If we had more time we would have gone out on one of the boats to do a dolphin or whale encounter. The bus ride all the way to Christchurch was a beautiful drive and spotted fur seals along the way

A lovely spot to stop, the weather was fantastic which provided for calm seas and clear nights. The snow on the mountains made for fantastic photos. We will definitely be spending more time here when we next visit.
