This property has views that are one in 1 million. Coupled with the most amazing staff and owner operators that I’ve ever met in my 20+ years of traveling.. you get the feeling you’re visiting relatives and staying with family. This is a brand new resort and I got to know the owner as well while staying there… everything I needed they were quick to arrange including reservations at restaurants motorscooter rentals, food delivery to the villa, and stocking the fridge with Coke zero on request. I had a minor accident with one of the scooters we rented.. and the staff was quick to pick me up, bandage, my minor abrasions.. and then drive me and my girlfriend back to the beach so we can enjoy the rest of our day.. From amenities like a Dyson blow dryer, umbrellas, and hats and bags, every little detail has been thought of. I would recommend to stay for anyone who is looking to wake up every morning to the most amazing view will also enjoy the impeccable service of these owner operated villas .

Beautiful property with a great staff! A little out of the way but I like that.

Loved my stay here. I did 2 days, then another 2 after my stay in Siquijor. The 2nd stay was in a room that fronted the Main Street, so it has a huge window from which you can see the ocean...and the mountains / Valencia. The staff are all so nice, from the cleaning staff, to the restaurant staff, the front desk staff, and the security and guards. Everyone was so helpful. I felt so much at home that I locked myself out of my room because I just forgot to bring the digital key...first time in my life I did that -- because it felt like home. The bed is soooooo comfortable there...slept like a baby. Plus a large desk space so I could work. Wifi was great. And although I didn't use the pool area, if I had had more time I would have been up there every sunset. Really loved my time and DCCCO.

I always stay Hotel Nicanor when in Dumaguete.

It was a wonderful stay with very comfortable bed and clean room. The staff are very kind. Hope to stay again in the future.

The view from our balcony is exceptional. The place is super clean, nice, and comfortable bed. The staff and owner are very accommodating. What we like best is the beach away from the crowded places.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. Whenever we take a ferry out of Dumaguete, this is our go-to place to stay because of its convenient location near the port.

Great beach front!!! The beach is clean, great spot to go in the water. The staff are really nice and it’s great value for money.
