Quiet location and staff are very friendly..they also have electric bike for rent! Next to 24hrs self services laundry...which helps to clean for an extension of stay in Taiwan!!

Everything was perfect. Yea and coffee available when waiting for room to be cleaned. Never saw the cleaning staff do their work. Breakfast was great!

It has free bike to use which was a bonus that we can cycle to a further distance. I also like the milk tea and cookies and snacks plus cup noodles for the guests to help themselves.

The location was close to the stations. The hotel is elegant with nice staff. Our room was very spacious, nice view from the 13 th floor. We were happy with everything. I was in love with our duvet, it was so soft, light and warm, best ever. I had nothing to complain about.

Everything is squeaky clean, and the staff are always smiling and welcoming. When I asked for an iron, it was brought to me immediately. The hotel is also making a genuine effort to follow sustainable, eco-friendly practices. This isn’t my first stay here, and it’s exactly for these reasons that I keep coming back.

Short walk from train station, modern facilities, quiet rooms, excellent free breakfast and dinner buffets with large variety of dishes.

Although not close to the train station, it was still easily reachable. And the view of the ocean made up for the short drive. There were plenty of restaurants, coastal walkways and a park or two which made going out for a walk or looking for food an easy choice.

Loved our stays at Easy Coast Hotel. Stayed twice. It’s a really nice place. Rooms have a huge bathtub and in general are quite spacious and comfortable. The staff are so kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet is extensive (but if you’re staying midweek they might not have enough guests to offer the buffet in which case you’ll get a bento box). They were happy to accommodate our vegetarian and vegan requests. And really good coffee at the breakfast. We had bicycles and they were very accommodating with storing them. We also stored luggage here while we cycled up Taroko. Would definitely stay again.

Very helpful staff! We had some issues with a Hualien Tour we booked and the hotel staff helped us & made sure we got to go. Rooms are as in pictures, a bit old-fashioned but clean & we had all we needed (water, kettle, toiletries & fridge) Breakfast was good and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out. Finally we were even dropped off at the train station for free!! We had a great stay, thanks a lot for the kind hospitality!

The location was great, right near the main station. Was also a cheap uber to the local market, but also very walkable down there as well.

The location, people working there, cleanliness and their eagerness to help us were excellent.

Very close to Hualien railroad station. 5 minutes walking distance as described. The main bus station is next to the railroad station. There are a lot of motorcycle rental shops nearby. The hotel is about 5 years old and kept in good condition. The room is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it if you are not looking for a luxury hotel.
